There was an old lady who swallowed a mozzie by P. CrumbleMy 4 year old son thought this book was hilarious. He was constantly searching for the mozzie in the womans belly and pointing it out. It was quite an aussie sense of humor and I quite enjoyed it too. His first response when I read out the title was Yuck. A Mozzie! Which is how we all feel in situations like that, but even worse if itd been a fly - yuck! But he got really into it and was shouting out She must be Aussie at all the right moments. It was a good book to enjoy together and get him involved.
Gabriel said: She got fat because she ate too much. My favourite part was the snake. She sucked it like spaghetti. She must be Aussie!

Kids love the I Spy pages, where they search for a certain picture and then graph the number that they find. There are also activity pages where children can learn about different types of 2D shapes. Also included is a counting flip book to help kids practice counting to ten. Also included in this book are a variety of literacy activities such as reading skills, comprehension, and sequencing.
