So a while back I wrote a post on how I have just kind of given up on complicated meals and bought three Jamie Oliver cookbooks to feed my demand for easy meals. One of those was Meals in Minutes which has caused our family to eat dessert way more often than we used to! Last time I made it when I took these photos it was done half an hour quicker than I expected and it just sat there until we were ready to eat it. The dough is super quick self-rising flour and water and the method uses a hot frying pan and broiler. Maybe one of the reasons it works so well is that both my oven and stove top are gas, so both can get pretty screaming hot. Regardless, I think I might be putting all my other pizza recipes to the side and will be using this one much more in the future.
