Im just going into week four of the Keto diet, and Im already down 10 pounds. I was nervous about starting it at first, but the authors easy to understand explanations of how it all works made it understandable and relatable. As another reviewer mentioned, it was very thorough in terms of FAQs and going over what to expect when your body is adapting to the Keto lifestyle.

The recipe plans are easy to adapt and move around if needed, and really make committing to the lifestyle easy - it just take a little time and effort to prep the food youll need. Were a household of two, and most of the recipes make 4 servings, so we actually got a two month plan out of it.

I was impressed with the number of recipes in the book (there are extras beyond whats needed for the meal plan). They were also easy to follow, and most of the ingredients were easy to track down. I also appreciate that there were recipes for desserts and sweet snacks. Having something on hand to curb a sweet craving definitely helps to stick to the plan.

Overall, if youre planning on trying the Keto lifestyle, Id say this book is a must to help you on your way. It made it very easy to adapt to a much, much smaller amount of carbs and sugar with her great recipes and advice on hand.
